Processing Time All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
UK Delivery We ship across the UK using Royal Mail or a comparable tracked service. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard: 2–4 business days
- Express (if offered): 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
